Double Bass Essentials is no ordinary sound collection. The instrument, known for its deep, resonant tones, is reimagined here into something entirely unnerving.
Do not expect the double bass to sound as you have heard it before. Prepare instead for a symphony of bizarre bow strokes, harsh harmonics and eerie string scrapes, psycho stabs, low crescendos and terrifying trills.
The overall sound has been kept as dry as possible to preserve the raw and gritty nature of the instrument. This ensures maximum flexibility for creating your own sound design and for further manipulation if desired.
Double Bass Essentials is perfect for composers of horror, thriller and dramatic scores with its unique sound, tension and haunting beauty, making it an indispensable tool for creating impactful cinematic music.
